Wedding Coordinator Service Includes:

• We coordinate with all vendors (DJ's, florist, photographer, caterers, etc.) to ensure they are fully set up to perform their services prior to the start of the event.

• We handle the logistics of vendor arrival such as providing direction to the photographer on the day of the wedding and/ or reception.

• We are the director for your rehearsal.  Map out the flow of the wedding service. We confirm the wedding processional, recessional and music details based on client request.  In rehearsal, we will work with the wedding party to coordinate actions and placement during the wedding event. We help determine seating, hostess and usher duties.

• On your wedding day, we are the go to person! We will provide guidance to avoid the bride and groom having to get involved with any issues related to the execution of any parts of the wedding event.

• We build a detailed timeline and give you a copy for the day of the event or wedding, confirm all vendors, and become their point of contact.

• We give attention to detail when we set up any event. From the time of the contract, we do monthly check-ins.
